Corporate Woods Office Buildings is a complex of twenty-seven buildings (2 million square feet under roof) located in Overland Park, Kansas. Design Mechanical, Inc. was contracted to replace two cooling towers. DMI services include chiller maintenance and overhauls, computer room maintenance and upgrades, as well as tenant finish projects. DMI also provides general maintenance, repairs and upgrades to their HVAC and control system.
American Academy of Family Physicians is a six story office building located in Leawood, Kansas. Design Mechanical, Inc. is contracted with a Service Agreement to perform maintenance on their HVAC system. DMI also provides indoor air quality testing, tenant finish projects, as well as repairs and upgrades to their HVAC system.
Aspiria Campus is the Aspiria Campus comprised of several office buildings located in Overland Park, Kansas. Design Mechanical, Inc. is contracted with a Service Agreement to perform maintenance on their chiller plant, as well as their air handling units, fan powered boxes, fans and Liebert units. DMI also performs maintenance, repairs and upgrades to their HVAC system. DMI’s sheet metal division performs tenant finish projects throughout the campus.
Black & Veatch has three office buildings located in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Design Mechanical, Inc. is contracted with a Full Maintenance Service Agreement to perform HVAC maintenance on the two main buildings, along with vibration analysis, indoor air quality testing, upgrades to the HVAC equipment, general maintenance and repairs on all buildings.
Plaza West Office Building is a sixteen story office building located just off The Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri. Design Mechanical, Inc. is contracted with a Full Service Maintenance Agreement to perform maintenance on the HVAC equipment and controls. DMI also provides general maintenance, repairs and upgrades to their HVAC system.
UMB Bank Office Buildings include three main office buildings located in downtown Kansas City, Missouri, along with the Technology Center and several branch locations throughout Kansas and Missouri. Design Mechanical, Inc. services include chiller maintenance, vibration analysis, general maintenance, repairs and upgrades to their HVAC systems.
State Street / DST Office Building is located in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. Design Mechanical, Inc. provides service for their Data Center air conditioning units. DMI also provides indoor air quality testing.
