Union Station, located in Kansas City, Missouri, provides entertainment, restaurants and shopping. Design Mechanical, Inc. was contracted to perform complete mechanical upgrades to their heating and air conditioning system. DMI also provided tenant finish services to their Ticketing Area, Paleontology Lab and the new Irish Museum Cultural Center.

Overland Park Convention Center is located in Overland Park, Kansas and provides convention and hotel services. Design Mechanical, Inc. services include maintenance on the boilers and chillers, as well as general maintenance, repairs and upgrades to their HVAC system.

Marriott Hotels, located in downtown Kansas City, Missouri, provides hotel, convention, restaurant and entertainment. DMI services include chiller maintenance and general service and repair to their HVAC equipment.
