Brookside Day School is a private school located in Kansas City, Missouri. Design Mechanical, Inc. was contracted to design / build their new air conditioning system with an air-cooled chiller. To keep the job within budget, DMI offered an alternative using a pre-owned chiller. DMI also added DDC controls and chilled water coils to the existing air handling units. DMI currently provides general maintenance and repairs to the HVAC system.
Louisburg School District is located in Louisburg, Kansas. Design Mechanical, Inc. was contracted to provide a complete mechanical system upgrade to the Louisburg Middle School to include rooftop unit change-outs and ductwork revisions. This project had to be carefully executed so to be completed before the next school year, as well as within their tight budget.
Campbell Middle School is a located in Lee's Summit, Missouri. Design Mechanical, Inc. was contracted to install a small chiller for low load conditions.
Horizon Academy is a private school located in Kansas City, Missouri. Design Mechanical, Inc. was contracted to design and build a new 36 ton heat pump system using Mitsubishi City Multi VRV. This is the first of its kind in Kansas City! DMI currently provides general maintenance and repairs to the HVAC system.
St. Ann's School is located in Prairie Village, Kansas. Design Mechanical, Inc. provides general maintenance, repairs and upgrades to their HVAC system.
Blue Springs Freshman Center is located in the Blue Springs School District. Design Mechanical, Inc. was contracted to replace all of the rooftop HVAC equipment. This project was carefully managed as to be completed before the next school year started.
Blue Springs Valley View is located in the Blue Springs School District. Design Mechanical, Inc. was contracted to replace all of the rooftop equipment. DMI was also contracted to replace the old existing multi-zone units with four, higher efficiency, custom PMZ multi-zone units.
Barstow School is located in Kansas City, Missouri. Design Mechanical, Inc. provides a Service Agreement for general maintenance, as well as repairs and upgrades to their HVAC system.
Blue Valley School District - Design Mechanical, Inc. provides general maintenance, repairs and upgrades to their HVAC system. DMI was contracted to install dust collection systems for several Blue Valley Schools.
Metropolitan Community Colleges (Penn Valley, Longview, Maple Woods, Pioneer, Business and Technology Center, Blue River) are located in throughout the Kansas City, Missouri metropolitan area. Design Mechanical, Inc. provides chiller maintenance, general maintenance, repairs and upgrades to their campus HVAC systems. DMI has also provided indoor air quality testing to several of their locations.
