Customer Challenge
Shawnee Mission Outpatient West is a hospital located at K-7 & 95th Street, Lenexa, Kansas. This 3-story hospital includes a Surgery Center and Emergency Department. This project involved careful coordination with the Architect, Engineer, GC and subcontractors for a complete, seamless and successful project.

DMI Solution
Design Mechanical, Inc. provided this new hospital with two 115 ton rooftop units, two 50 ton rooftop units as well as humidification system for the surgery suites. DMI also provided the mechanical and ductwork for the Surgery Center and Emergency Department tenant finish build-out.

DMI also provided a 3 ton split system for cooling their computer room.
