Customer Challenge
Renal Care Group, Inc. is a specialized dialysis services company that provides care to patients with kidney disease. The Company serves over 30,000 patients at more than 420 outpatient dialysis facilites, in addition to providing acute dialysis services at more than 200 hospitals.

So when Renal Care Group decided to update their current Kansas City, Missouri facility, they called on Design Mechanical.

DMI Solution
The project involved a complete remodel/tenant finish of all three floors. In order to prevent discomfort to the building’s employees, the process involved timing and consideration of our crew. They made sure the construction site was shielded with plastic and we provided mobile air purification systems to keep contaminants from spreading to the entire facility.

Highlights
New tenant finish/remodel of entire facility, including replacement of all ductwork, grilles and a complete air balance of the building. All work performed while clinic was still running day-to-day operations.
