Shawnee Mission Medical Office Buildings, are a group of medical office buildings located next to Shawnee Mission Medical Center in Shawnee Mission, Kansas. Design Mechanical, Inc. services include a Service Agreement to perform general maintenance, repairs and upgrades to the HVAC systems and controls for Georgetown Medical Building, Antioch Medical Office Building, Oakview Medical Office Building, Shawnee Mission Medical Building, and 7315 Frontage Road. DMI has also provided tenant build-outs for several medical tenants such as Sleep Lab and Midwest Orthopedics.
Medical Plaza Buildings include three medical office buildings located in Kansas City, Missouri, next to St. Luke's Hospital. Design Mechanical, Inc. was contracted to provide design modifications to their mechanical equipment to correct the air flow issues that had been present since it was built. DMI also was contracted for several tenant finish projects for various medical offices. DMI provides general preventive maintenance on the chillers.
Shawnee Mission Outpatient West is a new, three-story, medical office building, constructed in 2007, located in western Shawnee Mission, Kansas. Design Mechanical, Inc. was contracted to provide and install the mechanical equipment which consisted of two 115 ton rooftop units, with related piping and sheet metal.
Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center is a new, two-story, medical office building, constructed in 2006, located in Lee's Summit, Missouri. Design Mechanical, Inc. was contracted to provide and install the mechanical equipment which consisted of rooftop units, with related piping and sheet metal.
Diagnostic Imaging Centers have several locations throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area. They are a medical imaging center with critical cooling for their imaging equipment. Design Mechanical, Inc. provides mechanical preventive maintenance and repairs to all of these centers.
Renal Care provides dialysis services, with several locations in the Kansas City, Missouri metropolitan area. Design Mechanical, Inc. was contracted to assist with the renovation of their Kansas City, Missouri location, including tenant finish and refurbishing some of the existing HVAC equipment, all while the clinic was in operation.
Cloverleaf, Building 10 is located in Overland Park, Kansas. Design Mechanical, Inc. was contracted to renovate a 45 year old HVAC system and convert the space from dental offices to medical examination rooms. DMI installed a new control system and VAV mechanical system.
Midwest Gastroenterology is located in the St. Luke's East Medical Office Building Complex in Lee's Summit, Missouri. Design Mechanical, Inc. provided a complete the build-out of their new offices.
Lions Gate Medical Office Center is located in Overland Park, Kansas. Design Mechanical, Inc. was contracted to perform a complete mechanical renovation and upgrade for their new offices.
Rockhill Women's Care is located in the medical office building next to St. Luke's East in Lee's Summit, Missouri. Design Mechanical, Inc. was contracted to provide the build-out of their new offices.
