Customer Challenge
Harmony Printing, located in Liberty, Missouri, is a full-service printing and communications provider. Their services include design, printing, packaging and internet, to name a few. With so many services to provide, they found themselves in need of expanding and upgrading the printing process facility.

DMI Solution
Design Mechanical was called upon to provide the most up-to-date ventilation system for their printing equipment. With more stringent standards by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources on emissions for printing companies, Harmony decided to have the Trion precipitator installed on their printing presses to clean the emissions prior to venting into the atmosphere.

Design installed two precipitator machines; one for each press. Included in the installation was all ductwork designed to send the emissions through the proper channels. Now Harmony Printing is providing a safer place for their people and the environment.

Highlights
Replacement of their old ventilation system to a new system that is up to State Department Natural Resources standards.
