DMI has also performed several tenant finish projects to various suites and medical rooms inside the hospital.
Renal Care is located in Kansas City, Missouri. Design Mechanical, Inc. was contracted to provide HVAC upgrades to the entire building; every office, every examination room. This project involved careful attention as it was performed while they were patient occupied. DMI also provides general service and maintenance on the HVAC system.
Citizens Memorial Hospital is located in Boliver, Missouri. Design Mechanical, Inc. services include annual chiller winter maintenance, as well as general maintenance, repairs and upgrades to their HVAC system.
St. Luke's East is located in Lee's Summit, Missouri. Design Mechanical, Inc. was contracted to provide several tenant finish projects to the various doctor's offices and examination rooms throughout the Medical Complex.
Geary County Hospital, located in Junction City, Kansas. Design Mechanical, Inc. services include a Service Agreement for maintenance on their chillers, as well as general maintenance, repair and upgrades to their HVAC system. DMI has also been contracted to install a new air conditioning system to their portable MRI trailer.
KC Orthopaedic Institute is located in Overland Park, Kansas. Design Mechanical, Inc. services include a Full Maintenance Service Agreement on their HVAC equipment, specialized surgical equipment, building automation and pneumatic systems and computer room cooling equipment. This agreement includes all labor, material, compressor replacements and emergency service.
Excelsior Springs Medical Center is located in Excelsior Springs, Missouri. Design Mechanical, Inc. services include general maintenance, repairs and upgrades to their HVAC system.
