Bank of the West is located in Lee's Summit, Missouri, with several branch offices throughout Kansas and Missouri. Design Mechanical, Inc. designed and installed 90 tons of cooling by replacing a condensing unit with a new chiller and upgraded the air handling system for this facility remodel project. DMI installed new, custom chilled water coils and related chilled water piping. DMI also provides general maintenance to their HVAC equipment.
Union Bank, with locations in Bonner Springs, Kansas and Kansas City, Missouri. Design Mechanical, Inc. designed and installed 125 tons of cooling in the Kansas City, Missouri facility during occupied hours and in an extremely tight area. DMI provided tenant finish services to the newly remodeled Bonner Springs location. DMI services also include a Service and Inspection agreement and general maintenance and repair to their HVAC equipment at both locations.
Missouri Bank is located in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. Design Mechanical, Inc. services include a Service Agreement for general maintenance, as well as repair to their HVAC equipment. Additionally, DMI will add cooling to their computer room.
Indy Mac Bank is located in Overland Park, Kansas. Design Mechanical, Inc. services include a Service and Inspection contract and general maintenance, and repair to their HVAC equipment, as well as indoor air quality testing.
M&I Bank is located on The Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri. Design Mechanical, Inc. services include a Service Agreement for general maintenance, as well as repair to their HVAC equipment.
Hillcrest Bank is located in Kansas City, Missouri. Design Mechanical, Inc. services include general maintenance, as well as repairs and upgrades to their HVAC equipment and controls.
