Experience |
Bill Iler has been active in the mechanical
industry since 1974. He started his career with Carrier
Corporation then moved to The Fagan Company, before starting his
own HVAC company, Design Mechanical, Inc.
He spent 23 years with Fagan, first as
Service Department Manager starting with about 15 service
technicians. Under his direction, the service department
grew to about 60 service technicians, becoming the largest
Service Department in Kansas City. He then became Vice
President – Sales and Marketing, creating and cultivating a
sales and marketing culture within the entire Fagan group.
In 2003, Bill started his own company,
Design Mechanical, Inc. along with Mike Chieppo and a team of
the most dynamic people in the industry.
